2ST and PowerFM have an exciting full-time opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager who is passionate about advertising and media to join our high-performing sales team.
About the role:
Based on the beautiful Southern Highlands, the Account Manager role focuses on working with an established existing client base and developing new business relationships bringing new clients to the station.
You will have a suite of advertising and marketing solutions at hand to create exciting and effective campaigns for a wide range of clients and industries.
Our channels include:
- 2ST and PowerFM – Radio
- KIX Country – Radio
- Digital Advertising
- South Coast Style Magazine
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Drive revenue opportunities through new business
- Create advertising concepts suitable for new and existing clients
- Grow client investment across existing accounts
- Develop strong relationships with clients
To be successful in this position, you will:
- Have demonstrated experience working in a sales environment with a proven track record
- Have strong written and verbal communication
- Be a strong team player, highly motivated, and proactive
- Possess a high level of attention to detail
- Have the ability to problem solve and find creative solutions to complex issues
- Possess a creative mindset with big-picture thinking
Desirable:
- Sales and/or marketing degree qualifications
- Good knowledge and experience of the media and radio industry
The role is best suited to a dynamic, creative sales person who is driven to succeed.
An attractive remuneration package including car allowance, phone allowance plus monthly commission will be provided on top of your base salary.
