Grant Broadcasters is Australia’s largest regional radio network and we are on the lookout for our next Digital Content Superstar.

Located in the vibrant and bustling city of Townsville, the Digital Content Manager is responsible for not only creating content but also leading stations to manage and create their own consistent, compelling content that provides the best experience for Grant Broadcasters' online audiences.

Who are you?

  • You are a strategic and creative thinker, storyteller, and doer. This is a great role for a creator with a passion for pop culture and a keen understanding of social media and current digital trends.
  • You can turn any content into a volume of social gold for various formats including static images, videos, GIFs, and more!
  • Aside from working independently, you are someone who can collaborate with various internal stakeholders and creative partners. You can help conceptualise and execute other creatives’ ideas.
  • You understand how to build content for brands on a micro level, as well as how to create and manage work for larger campaigns.

Your Superpowers

  • Expertise and knowledge of social platforms
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Premiere
  • Ability to carry out a concept from start to completion independently and with partners
  • Strong conceptual and brainstorming skills
  • Ability to follow direction, and give and take constructive criticism
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Culturally immersed and passionate about the pop culture space
  • Experience seeing work all the way through to completion
  • Strong time management skills, can juggle multiple projects and tasks at once

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree qualification in digital media or relevant work experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital media products including social media, search, content marketing.
