Sales Co-ordinator – Maternity Contract

The Gold Coast’s most exciting Media Company is searching for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Co-ordinator to join the team.

Along with exceptional administrative skills, you will need to possess the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

You must be advanced when it comes to MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

You must have excellent attention to detail and a strong creative ability to design proposal templates and sales packages to support our team. 

Being a team player, having a positive attitude and a willingness to learn will give you the edge in this position.

Media/Radio Industry experience is preferred, but not essential.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Providing administrative support to the General Manager, Sales Manager and the Media Sales Team 
  • Developing sales presentations and proposals for clients.
  • Creating and maintaining our sales related forms, report systems, survey and media related information.
  • Co-ordinating sales-related client functions and events
